With heartfelt gratitude, we pay tribute to the profound contributions of Nikken Sekkei, whose visionary research and design philosophy have served as a guiding force in shaping the World Business Center.

As one of the world’s most esteemed architectural and urban design firms, Nikken Sekkei is synonymous with innovation, precision, and timeless beauty. Their celebrated works—including the Tokyo Midtown Tower and the meticulous renovation of the historic Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building—are testaments to their commitment to harmonizing the built environment with cultural heritage, human experience, and sustainable development.

Their involvement in the early conceptual stages of the World Business Center provided more than just design insight—it offered a deep, strategic vision of how architecture can elevate not only function, but also the human spirit. Drawing on their extensive research, Nikken Sekkei helped lay the intellectual and creative foundation for a new kind of urban destination: one where business meets balance, where wellness is integral to work, and where nature is not an afterthought but a central character in the story of place.

From the integration of green spaces to the activation of community areas, their influence has been instrumental in forging a development that fosters productivity, connection, and well-being. The World Business Center stands as a reflection of their forward-thinking approach and dedication to creating environments that endure—both in form and in impact.

We are deeply honored to have received their support and guidance, and we extend our sincere appreciation for the legacy they have helped us begin. The World Business Center is, in many ways, a continuation of their ethos—a living tribute to their belief that architecture is not just about buildings,  but about shaping meaningful human experiences.
